Pierce, inspired by the cartoon Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, decided to create his own group of friendly creatures.

X Six Mega Bat

Here's Pierce's two page comic "X Six Mega Bat". He drew it with a black pen in his pocket sketch book. Then we scanned it and he colored it with Gimpshop.

Trip to the City

We ambled over to the city (with the help of public transportation) to visit the Museum of Natural History today, a lovely Fall day.

Some Photos Retrieved from Mom and Dad's Archives

This summer I grabbed a selection of photos from Mom and Dad's albums. I scanned them this weeked and added captions based on the annotations on the backs of the photos when they were present, otherwise I guessed as best as I could. The motherlode of archives resides in slide format so next summer I intend to bring a slide scanner to the 'Ridge.
